  He's keen to do the job, it's shame he won't sort out problems after though! 😔

  Steve gave me a reasonable quote to render and bead over a 14 metre side wall. He took 2 & half days to do the job! He run out of render on the smooth coat and had to go and get another bag. Unfortunately this was a critical error as the midday sun was beating down on the wall. So after two days hair line cracks started to appear and two ran all the way down the wall. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I contacted Steve and said he was busy and wouldn't guarantee the work as it was not taken back to the brick before he rendered the wall. I only wanted him to make good on the job!

  I pre warned Darren and his wife if I render over a old rendered wall it could crack but they gave me the go ahead This was because they opted for the cheaper option instead of doing a proper job I also told them before I started the job nothing is guaranteed if it isn’t taken back to brick I didn’t say this after completion

  Amazing work on our garden wall. Let me know what he was doing and was really reliable for the 3 days he was here. Definitely recommend.

  Excellent work and very reliable

  Steve did a fantastic job on my garden wall. The wall was not in great condition and was sparring. He explained that by applying a mesh and render, that it would strengthen it and improve the look of it. He was reliable and very punctual, always cleaned up afterwards. Really pleased with the end result.

  Skimming

  Skimming artex on landing

  Steve done a cracking job skimming over our artex ceiling on the landing, wish I found him sooner head and shoulders better than previous plasterers I've had in! Protected all the floors before starting and cleaned up after the job was finished and I mean spotless cleanup, usually I got to spend hours cleaning up after having work done, not this time though. Would not hesitate to use ALB again

  Quick, professional, very reasonable.

  Hello , Steve assessed the job, listened to my concerns and after choosing the materials, we agreed a price. A date for the job was fixed with a task duration of two days. Steve and the team arrived promptly at 8am, worked diligently and efficiently, allowing time for the base covering to bed in. The next day, the team started at 8am until completion and cleanup. After I inspected the result, passed it gratefully, I received the invoice later that day and paid promptly. A grand job and I would wholeheartedly recommend ALB.

  Fixing hole in ceiling

  We ended up with a hole in kitchen ceiling following a pipe leak from room above. Steve was quick to respond and out within 36 hours. Very happy with work. Steve is very neat and tidy too, room was left immaculate. Reasonable rates too. 100% recommend, very trustworthy.
