Great service and comms, fixed the problem

This is now the 4th time we have used this company for a variety of issues, starting with a very overdue boiler service to most recently a failure of the electric box that directs water flow. Both Guy & John have gone to great lengths to try and diagnose issues before coming, suggesting DIY solutions and requesting photos in advance. Service is prompt, polite and personable, always explaining the problem and ensuring we understand. Would highly recommend this company, cant imagine going elsewhere.

Boiler was fitted within the time frame, very professional, good knowledge of the product. They turned up when they were supposed to and very helpful and they cleaned up after themselves Would definitely recommend

We had a faulty boiler that Guy came out to repair at very short notice. Unfortunately after repairing it to a point where it could be fired up, further fault codes were displayed that required more new parts. The boiler was out of warranty so we opted for a new one as a better long term option. Guy did everything he could to source the model we asked for and prioritise our installation as we were without hot water. The job was carried out on time and to a high standard. Very thorough and tidy with minimal disruption. Guy is a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend his services

We had a hot water issue, we went onto Google to find a local tradesman, he came and tried to charge us the earth. Realising we were being had over we called Guy, he sorted everything and quoted us for another job we needed doing. Top lad Highly recommended
