Disrespectful workers
This company is lazy and disrespectful, they weren't even working on my property but used our outside water tap to fill up their massive water tank. This is now going to cause a large water bill that I have to pay for. When asked to stop they simply said "well it's nearly done now anyway" and continued to fill. Thank you for brining this to our attention. We have conducted an internal investigation and the employee that was responsible for using your water is no longer employed by the company. As a gesture of goodwill I have sent some vouchers to cover the cost of the water used.

I’m not sure what has happened as we emailed a quote out to the customer on 23rd April and I can see that the email and quote were opened and read on the same day. We have also sent out 2 reminders about the quote. I can only think that maybe we have the wrong email address for her and somebody else has received her email?

Drain and roof cleaning
Considerate team and very secure, no running around on the roof with risk of damage and further cost, they had a crane that lifted the people above so that they could clean everywhere and be thorough too.
