  A great job well done.

Percy and his team completed a great job for us installing steelwork to open up two rooms. Always prompt, always helpful and willing where necessary to work with us to change things. They left everything completely ready for us to take over and decorate.

  replaced cladding

Percy did a fantastic job at replacing the cladding on the side of our house from wood to composite. The guys were polite and tidy. This is the second job that Percy has done for us and I've already asked him to quote for a third!

A fantastic company. Definitely using them again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Percy and his team have been fantastic from start to finish. Amazing communication and superb detail given as to how the work will be completed. All my questions answered quickly and efficiently. The work carried out is fantastic. I’m over the moon with the end result. Follow ups have been completed to make sure all work was carried out. Home left clean and tidy following completion of work. A fantastic company and I recommend them to anyone who requires the need for their services. Thank you again.

Percy and his team: Understanding, Professional, and Timely

Percy is a great builder and all round good human being. I rang him after being let down by another builder, and he was brilliant, understanding the situation and coming up with a clear action plan immediately. He is a man of his word. He and his team turned up exactly when they said they would. He was open about the work required, and everything was completed to a high standard, in a timely manner, and at a fair price. Percy values relationships and quality, which is so important when you’re entrusting someone with building work. Highly recommended.

Replaced the roof of an outhouse, fitted new support beams, bricked an old door and replaced one.

Percy and his boys replaced the roof on our outhouse, fitted new roof supports, bricked up an old door and replaced the other one. Percy was quick to come view the job, provide a quote and book in a date to start the work. They were lovely, polite, clean, offered bits of advice and most importantly the roof doesn’t leak anymore!

Rebuild of old conservatory and convertion to garden room

If you need builders that will 'go the extra mile' and produce work of a high standard you need go no further than Percy and his team. Their work ethic was excellent, often working through bad weather to complete the task in hand. Work started promptly each day and no-one left until that day's target was achieved. All the members of the team were very polite and cheerful, often giving useful advice and help with other building and garden matters. It was a joy to see the team take a pride in all that they did. The result is a garden room that can be used throughout the year.
