The engineer did not solve the problem The boiler continues to circulate water even when not required for hot water or heating. I specifically asked for someone with experience of IDEAL boilers and hoped to be able to speak with an engineer before he arrived to explain the problem but nobody contacted me in advance. The fault still needs sorting!

We had a drain blockage and via my insurance provider Trevor from A Lings Group visited. Great service and nice bloke. Turned up on time, cleared two manholes worth and left the place clean and tidy. Highly recommended!

In this recent cold spell A Lings came to my rescue when my boiler was not working. Their administration staff and gas engineers were superb. Courteous, efficient and the team sourced the replacement parts very quickly and returned straight away to get me warm again ! They really do take pride in their work. Following an emergency breakdown of our Worcester Bosch boiler, a faulty heating exchange unit plus fan fuse were diagnosed and within a week the work has been conducted very efficiently and quickly. Mike, our engineer who carried out the work, was extremely professional, efficient, polite and careful and we immediately had confidence in his work. As is always the case, one or two tricky issues emerged, but Mike took it all in his stride and left with the boiler working perefectly. We highly recommend him and the company for their work and are grateful that it was done within a short timeframe
