  New Flat Roof installation

  Allguard Roofing Ltd- South East London - Catford/Lewisham area. New flat roof installed, 4 months later it leaked. Concerned that a new roof was leaking soon, roofer was called and repaired it. During the cold weather the temperature in the hallway and backroom of the top flat was so cold that water vapor in the air was visible on exhalation. Company stated that insulation was present. No evidence of insulation ( by independent tradesman). Requested that roof be re-done or be re-imbursed, but no response. Against the law to install a flat roof without insulation!

  Allguard responded to our enquiry for a small job which was to clean out a blocked down pipe and refit a gutter end cover. They arrived at the time agreed to look at the job. We agreed a price and they did the job promptly. They were friendly and professional.
