Avoid – Overcharged, Misdiagnosed, and 5 Months Later No Refund
I had a very disappointing experience with AHR. I requested a refund following an issue that was clearly justified, yet the process has been unnecessarily slow and frustrating. They came to inspect my boiler, charged me £180 for the visit, and then advised that I needed a completely new system costing an additional £1,200. I later had the same issue resolved by another company for just £40. I provided clear evidence to support this, yet 5 months later I am still still waiting for my refund. Communication has been poor, with delayed responses and no clear resolution provided.Job location: BS21.33 Plumber

Don't use!!!
Don't use this company, absolute scam. I thought they were a genuine firm but they are basically a 'middleman' who arrange for a firm/contractor to call you to do the repair. I was charged £180 by them for a gas engineer to call me and then charged a further £180 for the call out😡. It transpired a fuse spare had been accidentally turned off for the boiler, so a flick of the swith and £360 bill. Absolutely scandalous. I sent a WhatsApp to the company complaining but did not get a response!! Never ever pay upfront to All Home Repairs 24/7
It is a very poor service and team. I paid upfront fee for gas hob connection,they never sent any engineer. I called loads of times,they kept promising to send one but never happen. And finally asking for double the cost after one month and I refused and asked for refund of upfront fee as they had not provided services promised. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, TERRIBLE SERVICE
We called All Home Repairs as our shower would not turn off. They arrived 2+ hours late with no communication and in turning the shower off have broken the shower and damaged the panelling behind- leaving us £365 down, with a cold, broken shower. They are putting the phone down on us, refusing to address our complaint and the one time I managed to speak to someone the customer service was the worst I have ever experienced.
