    First Class Installation of Handrails.

    I had a second stair rail fitted to both floors of my home. James the joiners was a delight. First class completion of the work, leaving my home spotlessly clean too. Having a rail on both sides of the stairs makes climbing and decending so much safer and easier. I would definately have Allyed Property Service back. They cover a huge range of works that you may need help with. I highly recommend them.

    Floorboard and Stair Repair

    We had some creaking and damaged floorboards and stairs underneath carpeted floors. Alex was very friendly and helpful during the quote and arranging the work. On the day, James arrived promptly and resolved all the issues efficiently, tidying everything up afterwards and leaving everything as he found it. This even included replastering under the stairs where it was necessary to remove existing plasterboard for access. We will gladly use Allyed again for future jobs.

    I had a bedroom split into two rooms.

    Amazing service from everyone who has been involved in the work including the splitting of the two rooms and the flooring. Would 100% use these again in future. Good communication and jobs were complete fast and up to a really good standard.

    Damp investigation and solution

    One of my rentals had a damp issue and very strange smell in one room. An issue that we just could not work out where it was coming from. I called APS to ask for some advice and arranged a site survey, we agreed to carry out some investigation work. The team found a void under the floor that was full of stagnant water causing the issues. Within a couple of weeks, the water was pumped out and a new concreate base installed. The team then laid the new flooring like it never happened. I am so gratefull to the team for finding and sorting out the issue as quickly and effectivly as they did.
