  A Reliable Team I Was Happy to Use Again

  I have used Alt Construction on more than one property and was pleased to use them again for a flat renovation. They managed the works well, helped with sourcing finishes, and found a neat solution for some difficult downpipes by liaising with building management. Tommas, the site manager, was excellent throughout, coordinating everything and dealing with issues as they arose. His design choices were impeccable while respecting the budget. I’m very happy with the finished flat and would confidently recommend Alt Construction for full renovations. Communication was clear and timelines accurate.

  Roof repair

  A few years ago Alt Construction completely renovated our house, including the extension, and we were very happy to call them back for a pitched roof leak repair at the rear of our property. Once again, the team were professional, quick and very experienced. They completed the work with care and minimal disruption, and clear communication: we are very pleased with the result.   Attic space converted into a bedroom/bathroom

  Last year we decided to have our attic space converted into a bedroom/bathroom and also have the existing bathroom completely redone. We employed a local architect (Elena Rowland, who I also highly recommend), who recommended Alt Group Construction for the build. It was a very good decision. The build was completed bang on time, it was within the agreed budget, and the workmanship was exceptional. The crew were highly experienced and a pleasure to work with.
