The Amazon Property Solutions team were proactive at the start & adjusted the scope of work as the job progressed. However the finished work was very sub-par. Approx 30sqm paving laid. Of that, I approx 20% of the slabs are loose 2 months on. One small slab came away - it had been fixed down with 4 dabs of silicon sealant. Much of the grouting has eroded away due to the movement of the slabs. The team also left behind a 1T builders bag of soil (it was agreed before hand that their team would remove all waste). I still have not received an invoice despite asking 3-4 times per week. No replies

On the first visit I was given really good information on methods to be used for the work. It was this that convinced me to go ahead. When the work commenced the quoted methods were not used. Additionally communication was poor, I had no idea when the workers would turn up. I have been left with porcelain slabs that have been damaged by the cutting out of the existing grout which would have been prevented had the communicated methods been used.

Very disappointed with the service. The patio (approx 30sq.m) was laid quite evenly but it seems that the grouting was installed too soon and now there are 8-10 loose slabs. One slab came up completely and it seems it was fixed with silicon sealant. They also left a 1T builders bag of excavated soil waste just outside the property. Despite regular telephone calls to the company and the PM of the team, no action has been taken to remedy these items and I have been largely ignored. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company.

I have never used check a trade before but i must say i will use again. The guy phoned me and came around within the hour to price up the job. I must so he was lovely and very poilte and professional. he came and gave me a price and a day that he could do the job. and phone me with times. They turned up on the day booked and did a fantastic job and left everything clean and tidy. all the guys were lovely i felt really comfortable with them.

The work was completed extremely efficiently. The site was left clean and the workmen polite and very helpful

I cannot recommend Amazon Roofing highly enough. After another firm took a large sum from my 83-year-old mother and left her roof exposed, causing further damage and pests, Shaun and his team stepped in and were outstanding. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and very respectful. The work was completed quickly to a high standard, and everything was left clean and tidy. They turned a stressful situation into a positive one. Truly superb service.
