I can’t thank Andy and the team enough for all their amazing work over the past few months. Not only was the workmanship of top quality, they were flexible to changes to plans and even helped provide some great ideas to make our final outcome even better! Andy and his team have transformed a large stuck in the 70s flat into the glamorous seaside apartment of my dreams. Completely gutted the place, moved kitchen to create open plan living space, rewire, plastering, structural beam, Sonos ceiling system, media wall, LVT flooring, utility room, walk in wardrobe, underfloor heating, stunning decoration and high end finishes/materials, everything. They work hard, communicate regularly, understand the brief, arrive when expected, keep things tidy and always pleasant to other neighbours. Andy and the team did a superb professional job in transforming our unusable attic space into two beautiful and spacious bedrooms and a shower room. Nothing was too much trouble, happy to discuss options and any issues dealt with using expertise and advice. The work was completed as planned and we were kept informed of progress. Any issues discussed and agreed appropriate solutions, plus any additional costs incurred. Clean, tidy, on budget, on time. When we met with Andy he listened to our requests and also suggested some of his own ideas to help the house look even better. He got back to us quickly with a quote and with a date he could start. We agreed to both and Andy and his team were here on the agreed date. The project had taken about 2 months to complete, we cannot fault the workmanship from the whole team. We are truly so happy and cannot thank Andy and his team enough! They were always here when they said they would be, always tidied up after themselves even with knocking down walls. After accepting the quote from AMC, Andy quickly had us booked in. Work started first thing on the promised day. The guys worked all day, each day to get the job and finished in the expected timescale. Removing the wall was an incredibly dusty job, but it was done cleanly and efficiently with minimal disruption to us. Andy managed the project flawlessly and was always reachable by phone. After gaining three quotes for our work we selected AMC Developments (although the most expensive) as Andy seemed to have a better understanding of our needs. We remained living in the house whilst the works were undertaken and it's a testament to Andy and his team that the works run smoothly throughout the 6 months with minimal disruption.
