They explained the process and scale of the job they were going to carry out prior to starting. Whenever I raised questions they happily explained what they were doing and how they would execute that. They removed the old boiler, a water tank and installed a new combi-boiler in one day. All work was tidy and neat once completed. I can recommend this company enough.
