    IMMERSION HEATER PROBLEM

    Arrived a little later than expected, but quickly set to work and carried out extensive checks on the elictrical connections between the immersion heater and the mains. This resulted in them determining that the problem was in fact caused by a faulty thermostat in the main (lower) element. This was replaced with the thermostat from the 'booster' element, solving my problem and restoring my hot water! And all within an hour.

    fault in wiring and changing of fixtures

    Great experience with this electrician company. They quickly fixed a wiring fault and installed new fixtures to a high standard. Communication was clear and prompt throughout, especially when there was a delay with our fixture delivery. They worked efficiently, kept everything tidy, and completed the job on time. We really appreciated them checking our preferences for the three-drop light and adjusting it perfectly. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.
