  Delighted with an excellent service at a reasonable cost.

  I called them and got them over in under 1 hour. Fixed fee that was about 20% lower than other local providers. Modern van that was superbly equipped and the 2 of them had jetted my blocked kitchen and WC drain of over 100 meters length in under 1 hour, tidied up properly and did a few precautionary extras too in the remainder of the 1 hour I had paid for. Knowledgeable and fast working with lots of years of experience in older Victorian drains. Proper old fashioned skills and behaviours but modern equipment. Very happy with them and completely recommend them.

  Prompt Effective Service

  Twelve month intermittent toilet and shower blockage and backup problem — Not quite an emergency but needed sorting. AMS recommended by our local builder. Called and next day Gary and team came in, lifting drain covers in the block paving driveway, sussed out the problem, removed blockage (half paving slab!), cleaned up, and with toilet and shower draining properly, were gone! Great job, fast response and sorted quickly. Highly recommended.

  Solid professional job.

  AMS turned up promptly, told us how much it would cost, did a thorough job, showing me the camera feed to confirm, and cleaned up the messcaused by the blockage. They also charged a great deal less than an emergency plumber who failed to fix the problem.

  great initial professionals, horrendous follow up beware

  We contacted AMS to complete a CCTV assessment of our buildings 4-story flat external drainage due to blockage issues, through this the team found both fat and root activity and quoted for a drain clear and re-assessment which we paid for and was completed in September. However, since September, I have had back and forth emails and calls with Tracy requesting a quotation for the works stipulated as required in the re-assessment. 3 months later I am yet to receive the quotation.

  24 Hour Drain Clearance

  Blocked manhole in garden, pressure washed to clear and disinfected area afterwards.

  Excellent service which was very quickly dealt with and customer service was brilliant, explained the issues and how to avoid the problem in the future.
