Exceptional Workmanship, Integrity and Professionalism - Great Value for Money

We had serious issues in an ensuite shower room, including water damage beneath the flooring, collapsed tiling and ceiling leaks affecting the lighting. Andy provided a prompt assessment, clear quotation and advice on possible unseen underfloor-heating complications. Work began quickly and was completed with an excellent level of professionalism, care and technical skill. Andy adapted with each unexpected issue and kept the area clean and tidy. His vast experience, integrity and reliability are second to none, and he is a pleasure to have around. We highly recommend Andy without hesitation!

  Property Maintenance

Andy was very efficient in providing a quote and a date to do the work for 2 jobs that needed to be done re the chimney and also a wall repair following the ingress of water. He was very tidy and we were very happy with the work that was undertaken. We would certainly use him again.

  Brick and plaster hole

I recently had work done to fill the hole left from removing an old fireplace and flue, including external brickwork replacement, and I highly recommend Andy Welch. From start to finish he was a pleasure to deal with – prompt, reliable, and clear with communication. The work was completed to a high standard and his pricing was very fair. It’s rare to find someone who ticks every box, but Andy really does. If you want a trustworthy builder who makes the process stress-free, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

  Honest tel able builder

We have just had Andy Welch to design and erect steps from our French Doors onto our pario level. We found Andy very competitive on price and we were very happy with the work he carried out. It was a pleasure to deal with a company who kept us informed while the work was being carried out, the weather was mixed and he kept us in the picture as to when he would attend site so hw could complete the task. We would have no hesitation in recommending Andy to anyine who was looking for a dependable builder.

Downstairs Toilet and Side door in Garage work

Andy has been absolutely fantastic! He recently built us a downstairs toilet room and completed a range of other jobs around the house, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, Andy was super friendly, professional, and kept everything so clean and tidy – which makes such a difference when you’ve got work going on in your home. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and it really shows. We highly recommend Andy to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled builder – we’ll definitely be having him back for future projects! Thanks again Andy!
