The work itself was completed to a satisfactory standard. It started nearly two months later than we were originally told it would. We were given one days notice for the scaffolding going up. As we weren't given notice, this had to be pushed back by a few days due to our vehicles being on the drive. As soon as the scaffolding was up and the work started, all communication ceased. I messaged both numbers several times with some queries and I was ignored each time. The scaffolding so far has stayed up over a week post work completion. Really pleased with our new roof and loft insulation by Antiaqua. Gerrard showed us real time footage using a drone of the works required so we could see the damage for ourselves before receiving the quote. He agreed to send an operative to patch up the leaks to ensure the roof was watertight over the Christmas period. Once they started the full job they were reliable and hardworking throughout. Gerrard was on site most days to oversee the work and answer any queries we had. They shared photos and videos with us as the work progressed and left the property tidy everyday.

Called Gerrard for a quote, he arrived promptly and was very detailed in a range of services. He used a small drone to conduct the survey and provided several alternatives. On the first day of the work, the team turned up in force to get the work completed prior to an impending storm. The job was completed in 3 days by a very professional team of workmen. Very tidy, professional with an eye to detail, provided updates along the way. I would highly recommend Gerrard and his team.

had recently been let down badly by ‘roofing contractors’ attempting to replace my dry verge and making a real mess of it. (an expensive mistake!) ANTIAQUA not only put right all the mistakes and damage made by the previous trades but went well over and above to make sure I was happy at every stage. The roof of my terraced house was damaged, as in big gaps in the tiles and the felt from the flat section had come completely off, so water was coming in. Anti Aqua were out quickly and were very professional. Once I selected their quote, the house had scaffolding and was waterproof within a couple of days and I had a completed new roof a week later that looks way better than it ever did before. From the chimney being repointed to the lead seals and the corrective work on the dormer, as it hadn't been done properly originally, they've done a great job and at a very fair price. Very happy.
