  Total redec of house internally

  Job escalated from £2,500 to £4,850 to £9,400. Abandoned the job with no explanation. Is charging for work not completed and rubbish not removed. Is charging VAT when business not registered for VAT.

  First quote was for stripping down the wallpaper trough out the whole house,3bedrooms,kitchen,landing,corridor,staircase,living room,dining room;wallpaper on all walls and also ceilings.The second quot was for skimming all walls and ceilings(to mention the property hasn’t been refreshed for the past 17 years ,he said he knows that we gave him a good price) Once the wallpaper was off and and we both realised that it’s not a case of skimming anymore as the walls were literally crumbling and falling down once the wallpaper was off,the 3rd quote was to drywall the whole house and get rid off all rubble,again he didn’t want to get another quote.We got to the point where the only room that was left stripping to the brick was the living room and 90% of the rubble was removed from the property.Then, myself and my brother had some personal things that we needed to take care of and we had to take 2 weeks off.The client couldn’t wait that long and he looked for someone else to finish the job,unfortunately I couldn’t find someone and probably he didn’t find anyone either that’s why his feedback I imagine. The invoice for the work we did it’s still unpaid.

  Full redecoration of lounge (walls, ceiling, skirting, door frames, window sills and fireplace)

  Alex and his team were absolutely brilliant. They quoted quickly and fairly, had the job booked in very soon after and completed all in just over a day. We are currently working from home and having the team here working was not a bother in any way. They worked quickly and efficiently. Lovely team. They even came back 2 days later to help us move our sofa back!

  Painting lounge, kitchen, entrance hallway, staircase walls, landing +2x feature walls in bedrooms

  Quick to reply to messages, arrived on time to quote and on the day to complete our work. Really professional throughout - causing no disruption at all to 2 adults working from home throughout a 2-day job. Quickly delivered a great result for us which we're really pleased with. The guys wanted to do one extra coat on our lounge and even went to B&Q for us on Day 2 and bought an extra can of paint to do it. Kept the property really tidy throughout. Great group of guys who did a terrific job. Absolute bargain. Incredible work. Cannot recommend enough. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH

  Painting living room, hallway and bedroom and replacing skirting.

  Alex and Adrian did a fantastic job painting our house and replacing skirting. They paid great attention to detail, and listened to all our requests Alex was very helpful explaining things and keeping us in the loop so we always knew where we were with the work. I would definitely recommend them.

  Paint external walls of 3 bedrooms semi detached house.

  Alex did a great job of painting the external walls of my house and garage over two days at a competitive price. He didn’t ask for any deposit and was happy to wait till I got back from my staycation and was happy with his work before transferring payment. Even my neighbour commented on the house looking good. Thankyou Alex I will definitely use you again and highly recommend you to others.
