Remarkable is the best word to describe my experience with Pat(owner) and Richard and Mike. Used a drone to survey and prepared a competitive quote. Throughout the process communication was superb both from Pat and Richard and Mike on site. Problems were discussed, solutions explained and once agreed were acted upon. The guys on site reacted to the lightest of supervisory touches. Important lesson once old flat roof removed the cause of the problem was revealed and costs rose. Important life lesson, negotiation begins much earlier than you think .

Pat came back straight away with the services available, quotes and availability. He organised for two of his team to come to the property and provided a detailed report within 24 hours. This has been key for our negotiations on a house and we can’t thank them enough. Really reliable, quick, friendly and professional service I’d consider again for further work. Hired A Plus roofing to give us a quote for roof repairs on a house we're buying. Excellent service on the whole and the job was done very quickly too. We were kept constantly updated and Pat was very happy to answer our questions afterwards. Would strongly recommend.

A Plus came to check what I thought was a minor chimney leak. It turned into a full roof replacement with timber supports—shock horror! Pat and the team were amazing, keeping me sane with regular calls and photo updates. Mike and Richard were brilliant hardworking, kind, and proud of their work. I never thought I’d have roof envy, but I do now! By the end, the relief is real and totally worth it.

We thought just one tile had come off, turned out to be a bigger job. The fella’s provided videos & images of what was needed, as well as a new quote on the day. Even though the work had changed they were still able to complete the job the same day. They completed the work and cleaned up after them. Couldn’t ask for more and would definitely recommend.

The team were prompt making the quote, we were given a range of options with different costs and guarantee length so that we could balance affordability/need for future work. The team on site were prompt, professional and friendly. They took extensive photos showing the work as they went along and left everything clean.
