  Excellent service all round. From the receptionist who took the initial phone call which resulted in a very prompt same day call out. Also, I was given a very clear verbal and written explanation of what the service would entail. To the excellent service guy who came and gave clear instructions as to what he was going to accomplish in the first visit and the what the next couple visits would involve.

• Clearing a blockage in my bathroom drainage following building work by another company

  I contacted APSL on the 27th January as I was having distressing issues with my drainage system following a bathroom renovation on the first floor of my property. The shower was not draining properly and sewage was backfilling into the shower tray from the toilet. APSL came on the same day, assessed the problem and flushed out the system removing a significant blockage. Since this date, there has been no issues with the drains and I have arranged a CCTV survey to confirm that this problem has now been rectified once and for all. I can recommend APSL as a trustworthy and efficient company.

  Amazing and successful service from John Hillier from APSL today. He came thoroughly recommended and lived up to his reputation. Not only did he explain what he was going to do and why but he was very knowledgeable and professional at all times. The most important thing was he was very thorough and we now have no signs of wasps anymore! The lady (Marion?) who booked the appointment was also exceptionally friendly and efficient and when I explained my concerns as my neighbour had previously suffered anaphylaxis due to wasp stings she managed to arrange a visit within the hour! Thank you all :)

• An infestation of ants

  We contacted APSL to help with an infestation of ants in the kitchen and hallway. They were amazing. Came over within the hour, quickly diagnosed the problem and reason then dealt with the millions of ants. The guy explained in simple terms each step and cure. No more ants. It’s been over 2 weeks and we’ve been clear. To add to this it was dead cheap. They even followed up with a drive by to check all was well. Recommend them 100%
