• Replace failed induction hob

  Quick response for an urgent request to fix or replace an induction hob which had stopped working. Charge out rates were clearly explained in advance. Contractor arrived within the 2 hours he promised, having already checked nearby availability of matching replacement appliance in case it was needed. Quickly confirmed that old appliance had failed and sought my approval before obtaining and installing replacement; entire job including procuring replacement was completed in under 90 minutes and site left clean and tidy. Recommended.

  David was the only ‘24 hour’ electrician to respond. He was great keeping me updated on arrival time and did an incredibly thorough job of finding and fixing the issue. We would have been with out heating and water, plus down a fridge freezer full of food without his prompt service. Excellent!

  Couldn't of rated David at Arc any higher. Called me about the job, gave clear explanation of what is needed, came to my home promptly and was very friendly. David explain exactly what he was doing and suggested other ideas of what can be done. Really would recommend David to anyone who needs some electrical work done.

• Replacement Light Fitting and Bathroom Cord Pull

  I sent images on Sun afternoon as requested and received the estimate that night. David attended to complete the works the next day and was on time - updating me on whereabouts during the journey. He also corrected a fault he noted on the main fuse box within the quoted price. He was very friendly, efficient and took time to explain the works he completed. He offered to clear up after he finished but I couldn't see anything that was required. I would thoroughly recommend him and will use his services again.
