Lee and his team have been exceptional throughout. I have no experience of building or architectural design and Lee took us through the whole process with ease. We used this company for our planning application drawings and overall we’ve been very happy with the service. Communication was generally good, though there was a short delay at the start before we received the first set of drawings. Aside from that, the team has been friendly, professional, and full of helpful ideas and advice that really improved our plans. We’ve also found the pricing to be reasonable so far. We’d happily recommend them.

We used Architectural Designs for our kitchen extension and follow on advice for our sitting room. Lee really listened to what we were trying to achieve, and then added in some suggestions and advice to make it even better. For example, he suggested the addition of a small kitchen window above the sink to use for ventilation when the Bifolds were not open; we were not sure but his advice proved spot on and we use it all the time. Lee was excellent and it has resulted in a great kitchen extension.

Lee and his team were fantastic throughout the entire process. From initial enquiry all the way through to approval being granted communication was speedy and clear, helpful insights provided on aspects of the design and plans were provided in excellent time for submission. Our first experience with works of this nature and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

I decided to do a loft conversion project and a friend of mine referred me Architectural Designs Services (UK) LTD. They sent me a person (Lee) who arrived on time, measured the house and gave tons of useful advices massively influenced the design (we didn't think about that!). Then 2 weeks later they came with a design, and very proactively reacted on each our note and tried their best to make it better. After 2 days they submit a plan for council to review. I am happy with a plan, and want to work with them again - for cart port conversion - thanks!
