Got the EPC Certificate on same day
The best service I ever got in London, I had an urgency because my lease completion date was on next day, Mr Nirav understood my situation and do the survey on same day and send me the EPC Certificate.Verified reviewerJob location: HA37 Energy Performance Certificate - EPC

NPC certification
Nirav was very responsive and helpful. Initially booked for NPC then booked for EICR, gas safety check and boiler service! His team were friendly and efficient. Very happy and would happily recommend the plethora of services Nirav and his team provide.Job location: UB8RI CResponse from ARCH PROPERTY CONSULTANCY LIMITED

EPC - done efficiently
Work went well and EPC was issued. I could not pay by card though, even though on the checker trade website it says you can, which was a bit frustrating.Verified reviewerJob location: SL3RGlenn G10 Energy Performance Certificate - EPC
