servicing door locks
From start to finish he was superb. A quick response to my enquiry, job booked for the next day and he turned up right on time. My door needed more work than I expected but he showed me the problem and fixed it to a high standard. I am very pleased and would definitely use him again.Verified reviewerJob location: BN27RSue L10 Lock Repair

Reliable, honest and prompt, everything I would want from a tradesperson
Got Andy in to look at an ongoing issue with our bi-fold doors sticking. His communications were excellent, and he was very prompt, in fact early to both appointments which suited me. Quickly identified the issue, order the parts necessary and returned two days later to fit effectively and with care. Would definitely recommendVerified reviewerJob location: BN1RJames A10 Lock Repair

Repairing lock
I had a problem turning the key in the lock of my inside door. I called Andy and he answered straight away. An appointment was arranged and he arrived promptly. He is a pleasant chap, professional in approach and his explanations were very clear. He informed me about a feature on the lock I could use, and demonstrated how to use it. He was a tidy, efficient worker and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending him, and would use him again should the need arise.Verified reviewerJob location: RH1210 Safe Locks

Faultless Service!
Andy was really friendly, professional and was a life saver! We reached out late one night, and by the next afternoon, he had been and fixed the issue. Couldn’t fault his service, and even provided really helpful aftercare tips. Really competitively priced as well. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone!Verified reviewerJob location: RH1110 Lock Fitting

Front door lock replacement
Andy visited twice, first to talk us through what needed to be done and then came back two days later to fit the new locks. Friendly and professional. Highly recommend.Verified reviewerJob location: BN1RCandice M
