Initial contact favourable although very busy he did say that he would come and take a look in 5 days time, so we waited for him to turn up. He never did and no contact. This is one of the main aspects that really annoy people about tradesmen, they don’t turn up when they say they will. How this company has checkatrade status is beyond me. Ben Armstrong helped a great deal in taking our project forward as the company, Bathstore, went bankrupt after we had chosen the fittings. He sourced original choices and put forward acceptable alternatives so that the work could take place. All the specialist tradesmen used were excellent. Paul and Anthony turned up on time. The work was explained again, they fixed the issue, fitted a new pump and for the first time in a long time all our radiators were working full blast.
