  New en suite, adjustments to loft and new bathrooms and other rooms moved around

  Lukasz and the team are extremely professional and always go above and beyond. They never try and over charge you and just do anything asked with the minimum amount of fuss. Comms are V clear and you understand what will be done by when. They are a pleasure to work with and even have in your home. Would not hesitate to recommend these guys after the horror stories you hear from other freinds!

  Removed a section of wall and refitted kitchen

  Living room and hallway refurbishment

  Living room and hallway refurbishment nightmare. After spending nearly £10000, £4000 of which went to Artbuilding LTD, wasting two and a half months, we had to sack them. Untrustworthy and unreliable. They simply did not turn up or call to say why. After two and a half months (They told us it would take two weeks to complete) of worry and stress (hair loss) we ended this nightmare by sacking them. Now we're left with six doors to hang, half flooring (cowboy job) to fix. Architraves and skirtingboards everywhere. We're having to spend thousands fixing and completing their art work.

  Customer knew exactly what will be done, because he had our valuation. In this valuation was demolition of ceilings in corridor and living room, plastering old walls and small repairs of walls where was big crack etc. Fitting new floor and 6 doors. Walls from the beginning were not in vertical and not straight. We have done a lot of additional work which also takes a lot of time. We have not be paid for additional work and another part done worth more that 1000 pounds client didn't paid!!! (new insulation in ceiling, insulation in 2 outside walls, and levelling one part on ceiling).Client thought that after plastering he will have straight walls!!! Plastering does not mean straight walls. For fitting doors, skirtings and floor we didn't take any money!!! On the site cooperated independent companies with us (electricians, plumbers). We couldn’t work together because there wasn’t enough space, therefore it took more time. Problem started when client needed to pay for extras (1000 pounds), then started created problems for which we are responsible in his eyes. We didn't have agreement about length of time the valuation indicated type of work and price for service.

  Gym and shed in the garden

  Well executed and looks great. There were some issues with sourcing of materials that led to some delays but the team managed to work around this. Had to deal with cladding materials from suppliers being delayed but they did manage to finish in a timely manner.

  Decorating of 3 bedrooms a bathroom and kitchen diner

  Having used this great company previously to refurbish a bathroom and to clean external brickwork it was another brilliant experience having the team redecorate a large proportion of our house while we were away on holiday. Returning to a beautifully decorated house that was cleaner than when we left was a great way to return from holiday. Thanks, Lukasz and team, a terrific job and would recommend you to anyone.
