Job done professionally and efficiently replacing a washing machine door seal at a reasonable price Simon was also able to give tips on how to prevent problems with the machine in the future Well done !

They were slightly late for the appointment but sent me a text with an update. They were very friendly and knowledable and identified the problem. Whilst doing the repair they identified an issue with the door, but he had one from an ald machine on his van and fitted it at no extra cost. Very happy with the repair and would recommend.

My oven keeps tripping the electric, enquired with ASAP who did initially reply a day or so later saying they needed the model number before issuing a quote. Replied within the hour but never heard from them again. Based on this I will reach out elsewhere in future.

Needed a new fan motor for our electric oven. New motor was sourced quickly. Be cause the oven is quite old replacement was not straightforward but Simon was able make necessary adjustments to fit it. Would strongly recommend this firm.
