  Fitting an outdoor electric plug socket

  Steve contacted me within hours of me asking for a quote for a double plug socket to be fitted on our garden and for a light socket to be fixed in the garage. He called when he said he would, he came to assess the jobs and was honest and upfront with what work needed to be carried out. We decided to go ahead with the work after Steve promptly sent through the quote as promised with a very detailed account of what works he would be doing. We made a date for the works and Steve was on time, carried out the work to the highest standard and was professional at all times. Would highly recommend.

  Great job, prompt communication

  We had Steve in to replace lots of old halogen spotlights. He has been great throughout. Very good at actively communicating - we had the quote promptly, no pressure - arranging the date was easy - he was on time and did a great job. He struck a good balance of keeping us up to date and getting on with the job with a minimum of fuss. We'd be happy to use him again.

  First class service

  What a refreshing experience ! I’ve been messed around a few times over the years with tradesmen. Steve arrived exactly on time and had all the tools needed . He was so quick and efficient, explained everything and did a first class job . He was up in the loft to make sure the Emerson was set correctly and replaced both the switch and timer with a much better one . He tided the wires that were hanging down , so it all looks much better than it was. He was very clean and insisted he hoover the dust he’d made . I feel so relieved now I’ve found him . I won’t need to look for an electrician.

  Replacement of two bathroom extractor fans and light switch

  Steve was very helpful, going above and beyond when sorting out the upstairs extract fan; it was over 30 years old, obsolete and too big - Steve made sure the hole in the ceiling was boarded up and followed up the following day with a smaller more efficient model. Competitively priced Courteous at all times - will be using Steve again in the future. Would recommend to anyone who asks!

  Great service on electric radiator installation.

  Booked Steve to replace a storage heater in my nonagenarian mother's flat with a new electric radiator. The job was completed very neatly and professionally and at reasonable cost. Steve is also very friendly and communicated well and regularly from first contact until the job was completed. I highly recommend him and will use his services again if and when the need arises.
