  I first stumbled across James and his team in a panic due to a leak at my property. Within 2 hours James’ team arrived, sourced the leak and rectified the issue. James provided a competitive and fully detailed quote to rectify the damage to my property. Instead of patch work we decided to go for a whole bathroom replacement. Again James provided his quotation in a timely professional matter and an unbelievably competitive cost. From start to finish James and his team were great. Keeping us Informed throughout the project. Will never use anyone else now! Thank you James and team!

  Very Disappointed

  I engaged Aspects to build a kitchen extension linking to an existing structure. While the space was delivered, lots of faults during and after the build. Shower room u/f heating/tiling had to be redone, roof failed by Building Control, misaligned radiator, creaking/misaligned flooring, damaged woodwork, kitchen units fitted badly, mismatched tiles, poor plumbing causing leaks and blockages, stop valve hidden behind dishwasher and building rubbish left onsite. Despite full payment and evidence Aspects will not fix these issues, leaving me with extra costs and unresolved defects. 70+ photos

We completed the project to your satisfaction, which was confirmed during the detailed walkthrough before final payment. You also gave us a glowing review on Checkatrade initially and the project received building sign-off from Baines Council. We understand there were challenges due to the amended plans, which you modified yourself due to budget constraints. Despite these issues costing us extra to rectify for council sign-off, we absorbed these costs without requesting additional payment. We'd appreciate the opportunity to discuss your concerns.
