Great company and brilliant communication throughout
We’ve had a great experience with Aspects. James has been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process — always available to answer questions, offer thoughtful suggestions, and support us whenever needed. He was always at the end of the phone and happy to come over to discuss things in person whenever we asked. We had our bathroom completely refitted and it was a large job! Highly recommend
This is the second time we have used James for a new bathroom . He is reliable , friendly and really takes pride in his work . The new bathroom looks fantastic and finished to a very high standard, with great attention to detail. It’s so reassuring to have a tradesman you can trust to turn up as promised , do an excellent job, and leave everything spotless . Conscientious worker
James was a very pleasant plumber, he always arrived on time and worked all day, no leaving early to attend to other jobs. He quoted 8 days to gut our small bathroom containing a bath and sink and replaced it with a lovely walk in shower and new basin and large towel rail radiator and that’s how long he took. james kept us informed each day with what was happening and consulted us before doing any fixings, which we thought was very considerate.
