New boiler fitted
Great price for boiler, work carried out within a day, no mess left, professional, polite. We received boiler warranty through the post a few days later as he’d registered that up for us too!

Boiler service
Over the last few years Mick has done various jobs at my house. He is always punctual does the job has a brew and a chat and advises what works need doing.Never tries to get me to have unnecessary work done.His prices are reasonable and he is very tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

Fixing broken enclosed toilet flush
Disappointed and am not able to recommend. 6 mins work charged at £55 - would not give a receipt, did not have change for £60 proffered, and ultimately the toilet flush is not properly fixed - the suggested fix from the expert was ‘hold button in longer’ - obviously I already knew this from you tube so the £60 was a complete waste of money. I do not understand why he could not give me a receipt ???

This was a call out to a job toilet not working Previously been but no one in called a second time to property. Fixed toilet very quickly and then he asked me to look at central heating so I did showing him how to work the thermostat. Then he asked me to look at bathroom sink plug hole as wasn't working properly advised how to repair. He asked for invoice and I said if you want one I will go and write one out he said it doesn't realy matter and payed me £55.00 My time and running cost and my knowledge are not free . I am sorry to hear this complaint as I did what was asked of me.

Leaking Radiator Valve
Called Mick late on Tuesday as I had a leaking radiator valve, said he could come out the next day and offered advice on what to do until then. True to his word he arrived early the next day and sorted the leak, replacing the leaking valve with a new one. Will definitely contact Mick again for future plumbing needs.
