Bad smell coming from our downstairs toilet
We called Aughton Utilities mid afternoon, I explained that our downstairs WC had been giving off a terrible smell for a few weeks and now seemed to be slow in flushing clean. To my surprise Carl himself called around later that evening , after an inspection, he explained that there was a blockage just under a manhole in the road, he then showed us the CCTV footage , so we could see for ourselves the problem. Aughton utilities then , on our request, completed the work , even waited to check our toilet was flushing properly! Outdoor blocked drains
