I had my hedges crowned by an another company who did not do a very good job and then took my money and didn’t finish their work. Luckily for me there are nice people in the world and Aurea came to my rescue. Andy and his team was able to rectify the mess left by previous company at a very good price. The workmanship was amazing. With my experience I will always recommend people read all comments left by other people before they agree to accept any jobs. We have used Andy before and once again he did an excellent job of carefully removing the trees with no disruption to surrounding shrubs. He removed all the debris and left the garden tidy. Although Andy did not carry out the works as the neighbour from where the ivy was growing took responsibility, I have no hesitation in recommending him for your future jobs. Andy came across as polite, professional and extremely helpful. He was patient with my back and forth communication as I had to liaise with a few other neighbours and was also kind enough to offer advice on the best process in dealing with what had become an a nuisance fence cover.
