New kitchen sink, bathroom basin and pedestal, outside tap and pressure reducer.
Quality of work/attention to detail were very poor. Kitchen sink was placed at an angle, claimed it was due to the cabinet carcass. Connected flexihose to flexihose - never seen another plumber do that before (see picture). Tiling above bathroom sink has uneven 5mm gaps. Again, excuses given that it was an issue with the tiles! Sealant around Bath came away in several places - don’t think the bath was filled before sealing which is standard practice. Excuse given that a filled bath is heavy so stronger sealant required. Installed new shower and flush handle
AXM got back to me quickly after my request and booked an appointment. Plumber was held up but I was updated and given an accurate time. The plumber was polite and efficient. He assessed the problem, sourced the parts and fixed the shower and flush handle. Fitted kitchen sink tap and bathroom tap
Mike fitted the kitchen sink tap and bath mixer tap for us. He checked things in very detail and gave us helpful advices and saved us some money. He explained the works very clearly. Cost estimation was provided and very accurate. Hannah also provided quick responses on the appointment.
