    Extension roofing and removal of internal walls

    Martin and his team pulled out all the stops to make sure that our extension was weather tight prior the Christmas period, ensuring that the roof was in place and properly sealed. In the New Year they quickly resumed work to remove the internal walls, keeping our project on track for completion. Great work.

    Concrete pour and bricklaying

    As part of the ongoing work for our extension Martin and his team have completed the concrete pour and construction of brickwork to an excellent standard. They are a pleasure to work with and readily adapt to and meet any challenges that arise. Highly recommend.

    Very pleased with the work Bailey Construction Services have done on our extension so far. From the start Martin has been open and upfront about the work required, timelines and costings, and Martin and his team have always been polite and easy to work with. Our project involved a challenging engineer's specification for steels and concrete reinforcement that introduced significant delays in the design stage.     Supply and installation of windows and bifold doors

    As part of our ongoing building work, we have replaced 4 existing windows and installed 2 new windows, 2 sets of french doors and 2 sets of bifold doors and one external door. The work has all been carried out to a high standard and we're really happy with the results.

    External works include removal of render from existing house structure and then application of smooth render to entire house, including new two storey rear extension and single storey side extension. Internal works include plastering of all walls and ceilings in all rooms and hallways. All work has been completed to a very high standard and we are very happy with the results.

    Brick and block work

    Brick and block work to construct two storey extension to rear of house, single storey extension to side of house and detached double garage. All work has been completed to an excellent standard. Along the way a few discrepancies have been found between the plans and reality, but these have all been resolved by Martin and his team.

    Roof Works

    Roof works included construction of new pitched roof over two storey extension, tied in to the existing roof structure, along with a a dormer spanning the existing structure and new extension. The works have been completed quickly and to same high standard we have come to expect from Martin and his team, despite the challenges of the weather.

    New French doors & internal wall knocked through

    We had our back window replaced with French doors and an internal wall knocked through. Martin was great at keeping us up to date throughout the process and was very helpful with any questions we had. His team were friendly, hard working and tidy and we’re really pleased with the results! We would definitely use Martin and his team again.

I have been in the building trade for over 27years now and I have gained my knowledge and experience for my trade by working on large developments both high end and basic housing sites. I have also worked for small developers doing one-off houses and extensions. I'm based in Southampton but will work throughout Hampshire. I pride myself on being punctual, tidy and polite and always producing a high quality of work. I'm very competitive with my prices and believe that no job is too big or small.
