  Don't waste your time

  Requested a quote from these guys and received an email a day later asking if we still needed the work doing. Said yes and they replied "someone will be round tomorrow mid morning to look at the job. No one turned up. Please don't waste your time with these clowns.

  Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. As you will be aware, when you contact a business at the moment on Checkatrade you receive an email from them informing you that the response time may be up to 48hrs. So our response of 24 isn’t so bad. The reason we asked the question if you still needed the work completing was because in your original email you informed us that you had no lights so we weren’t sure if someone from another company had attended. On the day we did try to ring you multiple times to inform you the engineer was running behind on his schedule unfortunately we never managed to get hold of you. While the engineer was on his way to you we received the notification of your review and were informed by Checkatrade not to attend, so we didn’t. I do think that you could have tried to contact us directly about the engineers arrival time if you were concerned. The leaving of a negative review straight off the bat is quite a drastic response.

  EICRs for 2 properties

  Sean turned up on time and completed inspections professionally and courteously. He was happy to answer questions and explained what he was doing and what everything meant so I learnt something as well. I will definitely use again when needed. Highly recommended!

  Light switches changed and check done on underfloor heating switches.

  Sean came about an hour after we first called, and the job was finished an hour after that( including time going for supplies). So all fixed within 2 hours of first call. We found Sean to be most polite and helpful, very courteous and considerate as he wore a face mask throughout. I won’t hesitate to recommend him to others, and he’ll now be the first one I’ll call for electrical services.
