  Ionut and his wife are an amazing team. Exceptionally high quality work. Methodical and precise, following the design plus solving any challenges that came up. The end result exceeded my expectations and was also well within the time scale. They turned up on time every day and worked hard always leaving things in a very orderly state. Entirely trustworthy (I gave them keys on day one). Always kept me updated on the work that had occurred each day. Very tidy and managed to keep dust and debris to a minimum. I highly recommend them. I will definitely use them in again! Thank you!

  B&K were asked to renovate two bathrooms, including an ensuite. They worked to an excellent level of quality in general. We were very happy with their approach and the final product. They were very polite and were happy to accommodate any changes we required. They were also very tidy and made sure to keep the spaces clean between the work areas.

  We engage Ionut and his team to refurbish two bathrooms. The work was carried out over a 4 week period and they attended everyday during this period. The quality of the work was just OK. Both radiators in both bathrooms weren't that were fitted properly - so when I asked Ionut to come back - he said he was out of the country and arranged for another fitter to come out who charged me £250 and still both radiators leaked. Again I contacted Ionut and he never responded. In the end I sourced a plumber who re-fitted and I paid again. Overall very disappointed.
