    Very happy with Ionut and team. He is very skilled in general home improvement work. He refurbished our downstairs bathroom, living room, dinner room and kitchen. We are very happy with the quality of the work. Will definitely use him again.

    Ionut did a great job with our bedroom renovations. He always came on time and stayed as long as he needs to in order to ensure the work gets completed in good time. He also provided expert advice throughout the process and was always honest about what was required. After the work has been completed we are very satisfied with the way our bedrooms have turned out

    Ionut and his wife are an amazing team. Exceptionally high quality work. Methodical and precise, following the design plus solving any challenges that came up. The end result exceeded my expectations and was also well within the time scale. They turned up on time every day and worked hard always leaving things in a very orderly state. Entirely trustworthy (I gave them keys on day one). Always kept me updated on the work that had occurred each day. Very tidy and managed to keep dust and debris to a minimum. I highly recommend them. I will definitely use them in again! Thank you!

    Two bathroom renovation

    B&K were asked to renovate two bathrooms, including an ensuite. They worked to an excellent level of quality in general. We were very happy with their approach and the final product. They were very polite and were happy to accommodate any changes we required. They were also very tidy and made sure to keep the spaces clean between the work areas.

    bathroom refurbishments

    We engage Ionut and his team to refurbish two bathrooms. The work was carried out over a 4 week period and they attended everyday during this period. The quality of the work was just OK. Both radiators in both bathrooms weren't that were fitted properly - so when I asked Ionut to come back - he said he was out of the country and arranged for another fitter to come out who charged me £250 and still both radiators leaked. Again I contacted Ionut and he never responded. In the end I sourced a plumber who re-fitted and I paid again. Overall very disappointed.

    Fitting a high end bathroom

    I wouldn't usually take the time to leave such a full review, but Ionut's work was exceptional, and way above what I would expect from a tradesperson these days. My job was not the simplest, and he worked through things methodically and spent time re-plumbing certain areas with for extra cost. There was none of the usual '*sharp intake of breath* that's going to be another £XXX) that you get from everyone these days. He has great communication, an incredible eye for detail, a bunch of experience, works hard and makes things happen. Thoroughly recommended.

    I love my new kitchen! B&K refurbishment paid attention to my wants and needs and gave me advice on how I could maximise the space in my kitchen. Professional, tidy whilst completing the work in time to a high standard. I highly recommend them.
