Amazing professional. And speedy!
What a fantastic professional. We had such a panic on Sunday night with water pouring through lounge ceiling. Ilhan came out straight away and was working hard at midnight to source the leak. He fixed two smaller problems but needed to come back for the larger problem. We had to have the water off the next day but he came straight back and identified the major leak and fixed it. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. The problem was very complicated and I was worried if he'll be able to fix it. He had to go through many hoops to fix the leak. It was a tough job. He put things back as they were very neatly. This is what you call 10 star plumbing service. I'd give him 100 stars if I could.
