Avoid, took money and didn't complete the job.
Paid a hefty 50% deposit, which I only agreed to on multiple recommendations from friends who used his services before. No response to multiple requests for updates over a 5 month period. We're now in the middle of a court claim and he's not responded to any of that either so far. So frustrating. Can only assume he went under and is in debt or something.

Steve - this is shocking. I can only assume you are not well as several attempts to contact you have gone unanswered - I PREPAID you so I do expect you to get this garage door working.

Avoid, untrustworthy individual, not keeping to the signed deal
Took deposit back in April, stating 2 months lead time, even arranged a fitment date 2 weeks ago, only to find out he has cancelled the order (assuming the doors were ever ordered) and will not be continuing Off to claims court now.

Took our money - never did the job
Steve took our money without carrying out any work. He now claims to be in financial trouble. So we have lost our money and have no Garage Doors !!

Install 2 x roller garage doors
Took £1500 deposit five months No sign of any work likely to start, not replying to mails or returning phone calls Looks like I will have to pursue in a small claims court action Have subsequently found I am just one of many in this situation with this company

Replacement of Garage Door
We can’t recommend this company enough. Extremely professional from start to finish. Communication was great, the fitters were excellent, leaving the area clean and tidy, you wouldn’t know they had been! They were very pleasant to deal with. The quality of the door is very high. We’ve already recommended them to friends and family. Definitely great value for money. If we need anything in the future, we won’t be going anywhere else.
