A supplier you can trust
Basingstoke Water Softeners are a no nonsense local supplier with excellent service and support. Glen did the survey and explained each stage and what was required. We had enquired with other providers who, when asked, would not give an indicitive cost to assist in deciding whether to proceed. Mel at BWS did exactly that. On the day Sam arrived on time and did an excellent job of the highest quality. Nothing was too much to answer and his work was clean and efficient. BWS sent out the ordered blocks on request and deliver within 24 hrs. A supplier you can trust.Job location: RG2210 Water Softeners

Such lovely people
Peter arrived on time, was very pleasant. Changed my old water softener for a new one. Cleared up afterwards and took away the old unit. My neighbour had recommended them especially as the softener is fitted with the smaller easy to handle salt blocks. I found ordering easy with Mel who was so knowledgeable and helpful.
