  Full house repaint - many issues along the way, and after!

  Dan was initially friendly & approachable. However, he often asked to sign off rooms that simply weren’t complete. Issues included paint drip marks, brush marks, missed coverage, incorrect touch-ups & visible old paint. Within 3 weeks of Dan leaving, cracks appeared across the property & Dan did not respond to a message. A second decorator suggested rushed work & lack of preparation as the reason. A pre-purchase survey showed no subsidence & no cracks before work. We were grateful he fitted us in quickly but he had another job immediately after which likely affected the quality of our work.

The photos attached were snags that were sent to Dan whilst working in your property in November 2025 and were promptly rectified. However if there were any other problems that arose after, Dan would have been more than happy to pop by to rectify again and make sure you were satisfied with the outcome.   Professional, communicative, and good quality finish

  From the outset, the process was handled in a professional manner. Quotes were provided as clear PDF documents, with waste disposal included, ensuring full transparency over costs from the beginning. A minor query regarding the quote arose on the day but was addressed promptly and to my satisfaction. Work commenced on time and progress updates were provided throughout the day, including photographs and videos shared via WhatsApp. My preferences regarding colour were discussed and taken into account prior to work beginning, which contributed to a result I am very pleased with.

  Friendly and Professional Service

  We have used BCI Decorating on two occasions, with the most recent on short notice and we have been very happy with the service and delivery on both occasions. Dan and Charlotte offer a very friendly service and we would recommend them for others looking for a decorator
