Replacing the front bay tiles with uPVC cladding and fitting new guttering and down pipes.
Worried about these horrible tiles since we moved in. Jumped at the chance of having them replaced with more attractive cladding over some insulation, and boy, what a difference in heat retention! We were shown the cavity behind them that ran underneath the upstairs floorboards - no wonder the bay was always so cold! In my opinion this job should be included in the govt energy efficiency scheme list of eligible jobs for a grant, but I'm happy to pay the very reasonable charge for this 2 day job especially when the fellas are a local family who couldn't have been friendlier or more professionalJob location: WA13
