    Bekir's communication was excellent from initial contact to completion. I was kept up to date with text messages and video as the job was at a different location to where I was living. His work is of the highest standard and he is a meticulous tradesman, will employ again and recommend without hesitation.

    A day later I noticed he had painted the lead flashings on the side even though i had told him in my written communication NOT to paint the lead. He did not clear this with me (the woman homeowner).

    I believe there was some confusion regarding approval of the area to be painted, as the account and listing holder (David) is a different person from the property owner. Although we were not to blame for this confusion, we always maintain that our customers are always right; therefore, please accept our apologies for causing this confusion.
