Boiler service
Bryce of BDM Plumbing & Heating is an excellent communicator. Promptly replies to messages. Phoned when he was going to be slightly late to service my boiler (so many don't bother & I really appreciate being updated). He's extremely professional & good at his work. Replacement of sink taps
Bryce replied to my initial enquiry really quickly and booked me in within a few days. The communication was easy via WhatsApp and replies were quick. Great service and knowledge
Great service from Bryce. Came out quickly to sort out a long standing issue with our central heating system. Helpful, informative and professional throughout, completing the work quickly and efficiently. Rather than simply replace a part that had failed multiple times as other firms had done, he explained the likely cause of failure and recommended changes to prevent the problem recurring.
