Reluctantly resorting to a review as attempts to resolve this amicably have sadly failed. Sent a sub-contractor who could only do half the job as parts were needed. Said he would come back once we had the parts. I asked for help in ordering them as the company couldn't understand what was needed. Both Beech Tree and the sub-contractor have ghosted me ever since. Simple job that has taken me hours of chasing and my wife stress as the back doors still won't lock. Seemed like a nice guy so disappointed it's come to this.

He supplied and fitted 5 Internal Oak Doors for us He was very helpful and honest with our selection of door type. james was very hardworking, punctual and trustworthy and his rates very reasonable. He was simply the best, very highly skilled and takes pride in his work, and nothing was too much trouble. We will certainly have him back for future projects

James and the team fit a composite and side window for us. From start to finish the work and communication was amazing. James really knew the products and what he was talking about. We are over the moon with the works completed and will definitely get James and the team back.
