I first met Ben in 2017 and numerous times between then and now. I was very impressed from the start, and have remained impressed with the honest and efficient service Ben has provided and the perfect fitting of a toilet seat! The real-time tracking so that you can see exactly when Ben will arrive means that you are able to use the time of the appointment efficiently and is far better than a surprise! Poor experience
Not a good experience to be honest. Guy from BeeXpress came to assess boiler and after diagnostic told boiler is working and offered boiler care plan. As soon as he left, boiler is it was before.
