  Loft Improvements

Benjamin carried out flooring and insulation installation in my loft. He had excellent time keeping and completed the job to the timescale he said he would and to a high degree.

  Extension

We chose Benjamin Wardle Property Services to carry out our rear extension a couple of years ago, and from the very beginning Ben inspired confidence. He took the time to go through all of the drawings with us, explained every stage of the project clearly, and made sure we fully understood the process, costs, and options before any work started. Everything was transparent, well organised, and professionally managed. The quality of workmanship throughout was excellent.

  Highly recommend

Ben did our rear extension and kitchen and we’re really happy with how it turned out. He was friendly, reliable and easy to deal with throughout the whole job. The work was finished to a great standard and everything went smoothly. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ben to anyone.

  General Building

installation of a new lift and bathroom with associated building, plumbing, plastering and tiling.

Excellent experience with Ben, working out a complex addition of a lift within the home including reworking structural aspects and redesigning and installing a new bathroom as the old one was affected by the necessary lift installation. Ben did a brilliant job in working through complex issues without causing additional stress for us as his clients.
