    job asked for gutters to be cleared of leaves and debris

    I was asked to pay in full in advance. The job was done after rebooking a couple of times; I was not in at the time. The gutters were cleared however, a roof tile was dislodged and the guttering fixings have sunk so further work is required to fix.

    Overpromise, underdeliver and steal your data

    I am quite disappointed with the service I received from Ben’s Gutters. When booking the appointment, I was informed that it would take between 30 - 60 minutes, and would feature my gutters being washed through (internally) and would cost £87. However: 1) The guy turned up at my front door 20 minutes earlier than the earliest agreed time. (Check their reviews - a lot of people have the same complaint). 2) The appointment took 17 minutes only - not 30 to 60 minutes. He arrived at 09:08, and left at 09:25.     Gutter clean and repair

    They left dirt after the job and I am not entirely convinced that the gutter was cleaned properly, they were also meant to seal a leaking point and that wasn’t done properly, it’s still leaking. They said someone would get back to me to sort out and I never heard back.
