Excellent experience. Offered a very competitive price but more than that were very easy to deal with. Came and did the job and did a fantastic job, not only installing the new boiler but making good on some boxing that needed to be removed to get access to the pipework. Efficient & friendly. Would highly recommend.

The approach by Berkshire Heating from the start was professional. The personnel were courteous and experienced. The Boiler was installed on the promised time and completed to our full satisfaction. We strongly recommend the firm.

Had a really positive experience with these guys and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. We received a confirmation on the day with the engineer’s expected arrival time to service our boiler and hot water cylinder. Joel arrived promptly and was friendly, professional, and efficient throughout the visit. After the service, we received a follow-up text to check that everything was working as expected, which was a really nice touch. We also received all the relevant certificates by email the very same day. Excellent customer service from start to finish.
