Helpful on the phone booked an engineer for the following day. Mike was excellent, really helpful and knowledgeable. Fixed our Hive and serviced the boiler. Quick and tidy. Brilliant service will use again.

My boiler had developed a small leak and it was due it's annual service. Jon messaged me following my enquiry. He was friendly, helpful and polite. He even sent someone the same day despite there being no urgency. Ray was really friendly and carried out the work quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend this company. Thank you

Couldnt believe was a year since Berkshire Heating installed my new boiler. Service as usual was exemplary from booking the appointment to Elliot completing the service. Clean and tidy work as usual and fortunately no problems.

Berkshire Heating Solutions - I cannot speak highly enough of them. They helped me with a difficult situation initiated by a previous company. Full supply and fit of a new boiler which works beautifully. They charged a fair price, worked well and kept everything tidy and clean.
