  Replaced the glazing in a broken window

  Having had 14 refusal to carry out the work I was delighted when BG & M agreed to quote to replace a shattered curtain wall glazing unit in our apartment. From start to finish Nick and his team were brilliant, fast clear communication of what the job entailed, fair price for the work, the work carried out within 3 days of agreeing the quote, and the team on the day were all very friendly, efficient, tidy and respectful of my property. Proper gents that I highly recommend!

  He arrived promptly enough as did his invoices. Half upfront and balance on completion. Within 2 months the same problem happened. Called him several times he was simply not interested. Not a good advert for check a trade

  Thanks for your review Things you need to keep in mind , A) having a badly fitted door in the first place is not my fault. So as explained to your self when adjusted as far as the door will go , it will happen again, even showing you how out of square it is with a level. B) I’m not local to you so I’m not sure when I would be able to get back to that area. C) do you want me to keep coming back and moving the door back and forth every time it drops back ? As explained to you, the door needs to be completely taken out and refitted.
