  Cannot recommend Alex enough from Better Drains

  Alex from Better Drains is the first person we call when we have a drainage related issue at one of our jobs. Within 24-48 hours he will have carried out a survey to find the faults, provide a quotation to resolve the issue & have the work booked in for repairs. Alex & his team are clean, tidy & punctual. From start to finish he will explain every step of the way allowing ourselves & our customers reassurance on where the issue is & how it will be resolved. I cannot recommend Alex & his team at Better Drains enough.

  Clay Pipe Repair

  Great service and completed in a timely manner. My venue flooded the basement with waste from an old clay pipe and Alex and his team was able to resolve the problem on short notice which was very much needed before we reopened for the 2025 season… Highly recommend and reasonably priced compared to other quotes

  Drainage Inspection

  I don't tend to leave reviews but on this occassion I felt it was necessary; Spoke with Better Drains about a funky smell coming from our drain. Came out the same day and fixed our issue straight away. Knowledgeable chap and not an extortionate price like some others firms were quoting... I will definitely be speaking to Better Drains for any further issues.

  Blocked external drain

  I rang better drains due to a blocked external drain and Alex came out in a timely manner and was able to solve the issue. Alex was evidently knowledgeable of his area of work and explained everything to me clearly. We went ahead with a camera survey which located some issues with the pipes and Alex quoted me for the works. The quote was reasonably priced as I did ring around to see if I could get cheaper but this wasn’t the case. Definitely recommend
